Designed to make aerodynamics and stability the main visual and functional focus, the new Puig D12 Winglets for the Yamaha T-MAX enhance the scooter’s dynamic performance without compromising its sporty aesthetics. Their advanced design integrates perfectly with the side surfaces of the T-MAX, respecting its edges and original lines to visually widen the front and reinforce its aggressive character.
This double-wing system consists of two aerodynamic surfaces connected by a lateral winglet, where the upper surface has a greater inclination than the lower one. This configuration channels airflow towards the upper wing, generating additional downforce on the front axle. The result is the highest level of downforce ever achieved by Puig in this type of product, with minimal impact on the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx).
In addition to its technical function, the design of the D12 Winglets enhances the visual presence of the T-MAX, giving it a wider and more solid appearance at the front. Available in three finishes: matte black, gloss black and carbon-look.

The shapes of the D12 Winglets are specifically developed to generate downforce, achieving up to 1.4 kg of load on the front axle. This results in:
• Anti-wheelie effect
• Greater stability at high speeds (anti-shimmie)
• Improved braking stability
• Better stability during direction changes
The new D12 spoiler line by Puig has been created with a clear goal: to put aerodynamics above all else. These side spoilers have been developed to deliver maximum aerodynamic performance on high-performance motorcycles.
The innovative double-wing design, with separate surfaces divided by a lateral spoiler, channels airflow upwards, generating greater downforce without compromising the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The angle of the surfaces has been carefully studied to offer an optimal balance between performance and stability.
Thanks to this configuration, the system delivers up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater high-speed stability (anti-shimmie), improved braking stability, and better behavior during directional changes.
Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, they combine advanced engineering with a racing-inspired design. Made from 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edges for added safety, they are mounted using 2 mm metal brackets with a textured black finish.
Installation is simple, requires no mechanical knowledge, and can be easily completed by following the included instructions or checking them online.
