Brakes are a key part of safety and riding feel. Often, they work above their ideal temperatures due to demanding riding—such as strong and continuous braking—or high ambient temperatures, which cause a drop in brake performance and sensation.

With the Puig Brake Cooler, the brake temperature is reduced by an average of 10 degrees, which significantly favors the system's operation and effectiveness, as well as improving braking feel. At the same time, the design includes a lower deflector that significantly reduces turbulence at the front wheel.

This set consists of four pieces in total: two cooling ducts for the calipers and two deflectors or wheel covers. All of them have been designed and manufactured at our Barcelona factory using the latest plastic molding technologies. The supports are made of stainless steel, a lightweight and resistant material finished in a discreet textured black color.

The brake cooler acts as a channel that captures air, compacts it, and accelerates it, directing it directly to the brake calipers. This prevents the system from overheating and allows it to work optimally at all times. For its part, the wheel deflector minimizes turbulence in the front area and equalizes the aerodynamic resistance of the cooling duct. Tests carried out on track have confirmed an average cooling of 10 degrees.

It is very important to apply the indicated torque to the screws to ensure they do not loosen, as this is a delicate area of the motorcycle.
