The Z-Racing windscreen was designed to celebrate Puig’s 60th anniversary for the PISTA Kit. Inspired by the racing screens of classic motorcycles, it allows for better rider integration with enough space for the helmet. Its central shape, more prominent than the sides, recalls competition fairings where the windscreen was fitted and bolted following the perimeter.
This is a sporty windscreen aimed at riders seeking a balance between aesthetics and functionality. It improves the protection of the original screen while offering a more aggressive design with strong personality. The lateral ribs channel the air and reinforce its aesthetic identity, while the fit with the headlight guard creates a channel that helps reduce turbulence and achieve a cleaner airflow when both are combined.
It is available in a transparent finish. Its dimensions are 295 mm wide, 380 mm high and 63 mm deep, standing 20 mm vertically above the tachometer. Made of 3 mm thick CI30 high-impact acrylic with rounded edges, it ensures resistance and durability.
Installation is quick and easy: simply follow the included instructions; no mechanical knowledge is required, and it can be completed in about 20 minutes. Periodic checking of screw tightening is recommended.
Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, at Puig’s facilities near the Montmeló circuit, with over 60 years of experience in the sector and using advanced technologies in technical plastic molding.
