General information

The objective of the new line of Puig Naked D12 Spoilers is for aerodynamic function to take priority over everything else. Puig has created these side spoilers for the new Kawasaki Z650 2025. With this double spoiler, the design of the new surfaces, and the separation between them, we have managed to create the product that has provided the most downforce to date, with minimal impact on the bike's Cx.

This new line of spoilers consists of two wing surfaces, joined together by the winglet surface (side surface), in which the upper surface is more inclined than the lower one. In this way, the air is guided towards the upper wing, which provides an extra load of downforce to the front axle of the Kawasaki Z650. You will find the spoiler in matte black, glossy black, and carbon-look finish.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona by our engineers and designers, pioneers in bringing competition aerodynamics to your street bike. Manufactured in 4mm CN acrylic material with a rounded edge finish. It features 3mm iron supports finished in a discreet textured black. Its dimensions are: 142mm width, 49mm height, and 222mm depth.

Their shapes are designed to generate downforce, specifically 5kg of downforce on the front axle , which translates into: anti-wheelie effect, more stability at high speeds (anti-shimmie), more poise during braking, and more stability during changes of direction.

The assembly is accessible to anyone without mechanical knowledge and can be easily performed by following the step-by-step instructions provided in paper format or available online.
Aerodynamic study. It is recommended to periodically check the condition of the supports and the tightening of the components to ensure safety.

The new D12 spoiler line by Puig has been created with a clear goal: to put aerodynamics above all else. These side spoilers have been developed to deliver maximum aerodynamic performance on high-performance motorcycles.

The innovative double-wing design, with separate surfaces divided by a lateral spoiler, channels airflow upwards, generating greater downforce without compromising the overall aerodynamic coefficient. The angle of the surfaces has been carefully studied to offer an optimal balance between performance and stability.

Thanks to this configuration, the system delivers up to 4.4 kg of downforce on the front axle, resulting in an anti-wheelie effect, greater high-speed stability (anti-shimmie), improved braking stability, and better behavior during directional changes.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Barcelona, they combine advanced engineering with a racing-inspired design. Made from 4 mm thick CN acrylic with rounded edges for added safety, they are mounted using 2 mm metal brackets with a textured black finish.

Installation is simple, requires no mechanical knowledge, and can be easily completed by following the included instructions or checking them online.
