Australian rider Archie McDonald, wearing number 69, made an impressive debut this weekend in the European Stock Championship, claiming a brilliant third place on Saturday.
McDonald, who joins Team Laglisse this season, showed great pace and quick adaptation to the team’s bike, leaving an excellent impression in his first outing with the Spanish squad.
On Sunday, however, luck was not on his side, as a long lap penalty prevented him from repeating the podium finish achieved the previous day.
Even so, his debut confirms the great potential of the new McDonald–Laglisse pairing for the upcoming rounds of the championship.
