PUIG LAUNCHES ITS NEW RANGE OF BRAKE COOLERS

Puig continues to advance in the development of aerodynamic and cooling solutions for motorcycles with the launch and consolidation of its brake cooler line, a range designed to improve braking system performance and provide greater stability during sporty and high-demand riding.

The range consists of four products: Brake Cooler, Brake Cooler 2.0, Air Duct and Aero Wheel Deflector.

Brake Cooler
Puig’s classic Brake Cooler consists of two individual parts installed to direct airflow directly toward the brake caliper and disc.
Its design allows the system temperature to be reduced by up to 10 °C, resulting in improved braking efficiency, reduced thermal fatigue and better feel while riding.

Brake Cooler 2.0
The evolution of the system comes with the Brake Cooler 2.0, made up of two different parts per side, sold and installed as a set.
Thanks to its optimized structure, it achieves an even greater improvement in performance and braking feel, reducing the temperature of the braking system.

In addition to cooling, the Brake Cooler 2.0 incorporates two key functions:
• Precise air channeling toward the caliper to maximize heat dissipation.
• Lower deflector, responsible for cleaning up turbulence around the front wheel and providing downforce when leaning, contributing to a more stable and sporty ride.

Air Duct
It maintains the same philosophy and functionality as the Brake Cooler 2.0, but offers greater versatility, as both parts can be purchased and installed separately.
It concentrates and directs air toward the caliper to reduce its temperature and optimize braking performance.

Aero Wheel Deflector
Eliminates turbulence generated around the front wheel and provides downforce when leaning, further improving motorcycle stability.
